AgentVista uses usage-based billing with tier guardrails. Your plan determines how many agents you can monitor, how many runs you can ingest per month, how long your data is retained, and how many alerts you can configure.
The Free plan is genuinely usable for real work. If you are a solo founder running a single agent in production, you can use the Free plan for months before hitting its limits.

How billing works

Billing is based on runs (agent executions) ingested per month. Each time your agent completes a run and the SDK sends that trace to AgentVista, it counts toward your monthly run total. Your current usage is visible on the billing page above the plan selection grid. When you approach your plan’s run limit, AgentVista surfaces a usage indicator so you can decide whether to upgrade before hitting the cap.

Upgrading or downgrading

1

Open billing settings

Go to Settings → Billing. The page shows your current plan under Current Plan.
2

Review available plans

Scroll to Available Plans to see the full plan grid with your current plan highlighted. Your current usage is shown above the grid for reference.
3

Select a new plan

Click Upgrade on any plan card. AgentVista shows a proration preview — how much you will be charged today for the remainder of the current billing period and what your next renewal amount will be.
4

Confirm

Review the proration preview and click Confirm change. The plan change takes effect immediately.
If you are not yet on a paid plan, clicking Upgrade opens Stripe Checkout to complete your first payment.

Viewing invoices

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment History. The table shows each invoice with its date, amount, and status. Click Download to retrieve a PDF of any invoice.

Managing your payment method

Click Update payment method on the billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, view upcoming invoices, and manage your billing details.

Subscription states

Your subscription can be in one of the following states:
StateDescription
activeYour subscription is current and in good standing
trialingYou are in a trial period
past_dueA payment has failed; see warning below
canceledYour subscription has been canceled
cancel_at_period_endYou have requested cancellation; access continues until the period end date
If your subscription moves to past_due, your access continues while the payment is unresolved, but you should update your payment method promptly. Go to Settings → Billing and click Update payment method to resolve the issue through the Stripe Customer Portal. Prolonged past_due status will result in service interruption.

Canceling your subscription

Click Cancel subscription on the billing page. You will see a confirmation dialog that shows the date your plan will end. Your access continues at the current plan level until that date. After the period ends, your account returns to the Free plan — your data is not deleted. If you change your mind before the period ends, click Reactivate to resume your subscription.
