How billing works
Billing is based on runs (agent executions) ingested per month. Each time your agent completes a run and the SDK sends that trace to AgentVista, it counts toward your monthly run total. Your current usage is visible on the billing page above the plan selection grid. When you approach your plan’s run limit, AgentVista surfaces a usage indicator so you can decide whether to upgrade before hitting the cap.Upgrading or downgrading
Open billing settings
Go to Settings → Billing. The page shows your current plan under Current Plan.
Review available plans
Scroll to Available Plans to see the full plan grid with your current plan highlighted. Your current usage is shown above the grid for reference.
Select a new plan
Click Upgrade on any plan card. AgentVista shows a proration preview — how much you will be charged today for the remainder of the current billing period and what your next renewal amount will be.
Viewing invoices
Go to Settings → Billing → Payment History. The table shows each invoice with its date, amount, and status. Click Download to retrieve a PDF of any invoice.Managing your payment method
Click Update payment method on the billing page. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update your card, view upcoming invoices, and manage your billing details.Subscription states
Your subscription can be in one of the following states:| State | Description |
